Life's like that.. sometimes..
In the past, my normal reaction into anything happening is that 'this is fate', or 'this is something that everyone has to go through', or 'there are somethings that are just beyond our control'.
Years later, i realised that sometimes 'destiny' is not what you are supposed to work to. But instead we have the 'freedom' to choose your 'destiny'. Take a simple example, a boy who is good in chemistry scoring distintion is whatever major examination he takes. But this does not mean that he is suitable to be a chemist neither does it mean that his destiny is to be a chemist because you are good at it so fate says that you should be a chemist.
CRAPO!!The above example CLEARLY shows that one is not determine by what he is good at BUT what he really is. The inner self is the one that really determines one's route in life. No matter what the situation, just remember that you have the freedom to decide on what you really want. It is not written in some GOD's book of destiny. One's destiny is created by oneself and not created by some superpower that existed (if there is any immediate insult to any religion, i apologise). You are the only one that can decides what you eventually want to become.
To become a good person or bad person.. It all boils down to you..
To be live happy or sad.. It all boils down to you..
To be able to acheive great things or nothing is life.. It all boils down to you..
This post is specially dedicated to Jerry. I saw you played(not everything coz of PE). I think you are nervous but think that you can do better. You did no shameful thing. At the very least you defended YJC pride to the very end. Don't forget we(incudes everyone from our class +mental support from Volleyball dudes +Heng..lol) were there for you. Oopps, forget to mention Jason. So please do not be disappointed. The 'A' division just marks the beginning of another tennis journey for you. Who knows, you may become on par with your idol someday. This all can happen (even if the chances are very very slime) if you decide on it..
